The "A" family | Kim Lind, family photography on location in San Ramon, CA

It's been just about a year since I last saw the "A" family, when little Kenzo was just a tiny newborn.  Before that, I took big brother Aidae's newborn photos too.  Now they have two growing boys, ages 1 and 2.  It's been a lot of fun watching this family grow!

Alicia and Andy are getting married this summer and after their awesome engagement session I can hardly wait to shoot their wedding!  First, we started off at her grandmother's house in Alamo.  This is the same house Alicia knew as a child, where her mother grew up...what a perfect spot!  I love the country feel, complimented by their outfits.  After the county portion of our shoot, we headed into San Francisco for something completely opposite...keep scrolling down to see!

Leo's Bar Mitzvah | Kim Lind Photography

Leo is 13 and his Bar Mitzvah is surely one that will be remembered his whole life!  The morning started off at the temple, Congregation Rodef Sholom in San Rafael, and it ended in grand style at the Marin Country Club in Novato.  It was a lovely day all the way around, and what a party it was that night!

Lily recently turned two, and I've had the pleasure of photographing her and her wonderful parents since she was just a tiny newborn.  This time we met at a favorite park of mine in Pleasanton.  And I'm already looking forward to our next session later this summer on the beach!

Pleasanton Mother's Club 2012 | Kim Lind Photography | Purple Orchid Inn, Livermore, CA

Being a part of the Pleasanton Mother's Club for the last six years and being on the board for the last two has introduced both me and my family to so many wonderful people.  So I was delighted this year to photograph the annual Mother's Day brunch held at the Purple Orchid Inn.  It was a beautiful (and windy!) day, made all the more lovely by the great company, delicious food, gorgeous venue...not to mention the terrific donated raffle prizes and mimosa bar!  Thanks, PMC, for the many years of good times I've enjoyed as a member!

Sweet little Macy here arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule.  Nothing wrong with a grand entrance!  What a sweet baby girl she is...

And this handsome guy is Macy's big brother.  He looks pretty happy holding his sister!

The deep pink wall of Macy's nursery made a great backdrop for this shot, which I love.  I think one day Macy will treasure it!
